To obtain authorization to burn, please use the followings steps:

1. Call the Division of Forestry at (239) 690-3502 for a permit.
2. Call the Tice Station at (239) 694-2380 and give your burn permit information. We will forward it to the Buckingham station if needed.

We request that you always call us, even for recreational fires and give us your address in case of someone mistakenly reporting a fire.

Anytime your fire gets out of control, don't hesitate to CALL 9-1-1 IMMEDIATELY!
