NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED MONTHLY MEETING FOR TICE FIRE PROTECTION AND RESCUE SERVICE DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Tice Fire Protection and Rescue Service District (District), an independent special district, has rescheduled its regular monthly meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, November 14, 2024. The rescheduled monthly meeting referenced above shall be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., and shall be held at the following location: 9351 Workmen Way, Fort Myers, FL 33905. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct normal district business and to take any and all official action that may be appropriate. Anyone wishing to appeal any action of the Board of Commissioners at the above referenced meeting is responsible to have a verbatim record made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
